A Gateway

Well, since I’m working on new stuff and it won’t be up for a while, I decided to share more old stuff. I’m pretty sure this was done four years ago. This is probably one of my first oil pastels, so keep in mind it is supposed to have many flaws.

I loved Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow and this was just something I had to draw. I thought the dead tree and how they used it was awesome, but I’m just a sucker for giant sculpted trees and backgrounds and dramatic exits and such.
